The BMG team would like to show some love to all the beautiful Mama's out there. Being a mom is hard work and can be very strenuous, but at the end of the day its always rewarding. We're here to give you a few tips and tricks to make the most out of your mother's day weekend! And for those of you who aren't sure what to get for your wonderful mother, don't worry we've got you covered!
1. Rest is as essential to our bodies as food and water and air. Our bodies need to be refreshed on a daily basis and a weekly basis. Don’t neglect to schedule rest. And don’t feel guilty about it when you do. So go ahead a take that nap while your hubby is out with the kids. That load of laundry can wait an hour.
2. Relaxation is key. Our lives are more than flesh and blood. They are also mind, heart and soul. So put away any distractions and engage in some "me time." Rose Scented DIY Body Scrub
3/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil– melted (unrefined will have a light coconut scent)
2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
2 teaspoons Crushed Dried Rose Petals - (Optional)
5-10 Drops Rose Essential Oil – to desired aroma
